For me, composition is a process of exploration and curiosity; it is a chance to deepen human relationships, to ask big questions, and to discover new ways of being together in the world through shared vulnerability and struggle. Creating a new piece of music is a world building exercise in which cherished orthodoxies can be reconsidered, reimagined, or rejected—it is a communal practice of imagining otherwise.
